L.E.A.D. FEST event bring rides, food, shows, and much more to Montgomery Mall.
From carnivals to fairs, concerts to circuses, we have something for everyone!
The carnival will be open on Wednesday, October 1 through Sunday, October 5, 2025:
- Wednesday – Friday: 5 PM – 10 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 3 PM – 10 PM

The following policies are in place for this carnival. Attendees must abide by all.
A parent or guardian must accompany any child under the age of 18 during their time at the carnival.
A clear bag policy is in effect at this event. No backpacks are allowed into the carnival.
No face coverings allowed (face coverings for religious reasons permitted)
Admission to the carnival is $5.
Mega Passes purchased online include admission. All Mega Passes include an unlimited ride wristband for the wearer.
