About the event
The Step Into Retail programme is implemented by INCO Academy with the support of Westfield. INCO Academy, part of the global INCO Group, brings inclusive, career-focused training to individuals historically excluded from opportunity.
If you are at least 18 years old, live near Westfield London or Westfield Stratford City, and don’t have a full-time job, this is your opportunity.
- 15 hours of training from 1-17 October.
- Gain practical skills and get ready for work
- Visits to learn about the location and the positions
- Support to improve communication and teamwork
- Help with CV preparation, applications, and interviews
- Invitation to a job fair upon graduation
